The FEECO Materials Testing Facility consists of a pilot plant, tolling production plant, and analytical laboratory. The FEECO International Test Laboratory / Pilot Plant provides workable solutions for your material problems. Using our vast database containing a variety of materials and test procedures we can help you make an informed process decision based on actual performance data. The pilot plant can be set up for testing on a single piece of equipment or multiple pieces of equipment as a continuous process loop with agglomeration, drying, sizing, and recycling capabilities. We record all the necessary operating data for process scale-up to meet your production requirements.

FEECO’s Advanced Technology is a driving force of our company. We use advanced configuration software built upon AutoDesk’s AutoCAD to reduce turn around time and create advanced system designs. We also specialize in Solids based design using Autodesk’s Inventor. By utilizing the power of 3-dimensional software we are able to let you visualize your equipment design and layout.

FEECO’s Fabrication Facilities are staffed with highly qualified and certified fabricators, machinists and welders. The skills of these craftsmen guarantee the quality built into FEECO equipment. FEECO is equipped with advanced machinery including a cnc burn table, laser alignment equipment, and a bridgeport lathe. Our experience base is vast and wide, we have produced standard line equipment to large custom designed turn key systems.
